Are you interested in fitness and wellness? Do you want to get more involved with a group of like-minded individuals who are passionate about getting America healthier? If you want to make a difference to the community, join Lifelong Fitness Alliance as a volunteer!

There are so many ways to be involved. We currently are working on the organization's Strategic Plan and welcome any member to join in that effort. Please contact regarding our active Committees. In addition, the following are our top 14. But you are welcome to be creative. Tell us what you'd like to do. We'll find a place for you at Lifelong Fitness Alliance.

  1. Provide hospitality at events
  2. Write for our web site and/or bulletin
  3. Lead weekly fitness activities
  4. Help with the design of fliers and mailers
  5. Be a part of out Dare To Be Fit Weekend at Stanford
  6. Help out in the office
  7. Staff Lifelong Fitness information tables at regional events
  8. Provide Marketing and PR expertise
  9. Become a Fitness Ambassador
  10. Participate on a Committee
  11. Serve on the Board
  12. Research new fitness activities in the area for the Physicians RX for Fitness Program
  13. Speak to the community about Lifelong Fitness
  14. Tell us what you're good at. We'll put you to work!

As a volunteer of Lifelong Fitness, you'll join a team that's using cutting edge research and community spirit to make a difference in people's lives.
