Dare To Be Fit Calendar of Events

We hope you joined us for three days dedicated to health, nutrition and fitness. Whether you came in 2007 or not, we encourage you be there next year the second weekend of March 2008.

Fifty-Plus Lifelong Fitness and the Western Athletic Clubs present a Special Evening for those interested in improving and maintaining their fitness and health. Learn what you need to know about cognitive movement and memory, effects of physical aging on your life, current research on healthy aging and functional fitness. Interactive, informative and interesting.

From I-280: Take the Alpine exit and go east on Alpine towards Palo Alto. Turn right at the first stop light onto Junipero Serra. Turn left at the first stop light onto Campus Drive. Follow Campus Drive for about one mile. Turn right onto Galvez and the Frances C. Arigillaga Alumni Center is immediately on your right, ... Galvez

From Hwy. 101: Take the Embarcadero exit and go west on Embarcadero for circa two miles. Cross El Camino Real onto Galvez. Follow Galvez by bearing left, cross ??? and the Frances C. Arigillaga Alumni Center is immediately on your right, ... Galvez
