LifeLong Fitness Alliance

Tip of the Month

Soda is the #1 source of sugar in the American diet. Drinking just one 20 ounce bottle of soda each day for a year can result in gaining 25 extra pounds.

Rethink your drink! Water is the best alternative.

Add a slice of orange, lemon, lime or cucumber to your water for zero calories and lots of flavor.

Our Mission

We advocate lifelong wellness and want to bridge the gap between awareness and action by providing information and opportunities for health and fitness.

We teach people the benefits of physical activity and provide opportunities for communities to participate in activities that contribute to wellness.

We teach that misuse and disuse of the body and mind are more the cause of disability than chronological age alone.

We exist to spread the joys of fitness and wellness.
