Step It Up Questions

QUESTION: What makes the Lifelong Fitness Alliance walking program different from the hundreds of other walking programs?

The Ambassadors are what's make our program unique. Each group is lead by a Stepping It Up Ambassador who does the kick-off meeting, leads a weekly walk, sends out regular e-mails of information, and serves as the focal point for questions and guidance. Even after the ten-week program has ended the participants are encouraged to stay in contact with their Ambassador.

QUESTION: Is there a fee or charge to participant?

There is no fee or charge. We welcome and encourage donations of $20 or $30 or more to help cover the costs and to cover the cost of those with limited income. All donations from participants go directly into the Stepping It Up program.
