The Stepping Strong program is a group-oriented program that can also be completed with a walking buddy or on an individual basis. Upon registering, Stepping Strong participants receive a pedometer and an 85-page manual with different health topics for each of the 10 weeks of the program. We cover topics on wellness, the importance of sleep, and how to find a good walking shoe. Joining is easy!!
